Client Expectations
As a part of our Master Services Agreement, our client expecations are as follows
-MultiFactor Authentication will be enabled on email and other applications as appropriate
-Security Awareness training will be conducted regularly
-Cybersecurity Insurance will be appropriate for the business risk
-All requests should be processes through the Helpdesk (Email, Phone, Text, Portal) and not through individuals
-New Employee Onboardings have seven day lead time
-All Hardware should be within one year of the manufacturer warranty
-Personal equipment will be serviced at Our discretion
